Shipping Policy
Order dispatch timelines for each product are mentioned on the product page below the Add to Cart button.
Domestic delivery timelines in India are between 3-6 days after order dispatch. Please note that COD orders take longer to deliver
International delivery timelines are between 7-10 days after order dispatch
Return & Exchange Policy
If there are damaged, defective, or missing items in your order: - Intimate us within 48 hours of delivery. - For damaged items, share details and images through the provided link below. We'll guide you through replacement, store credit, or a full refund. - Note: Some products and colours appear slightly brighter in photos as the camera lens always highlights certain colours more. This is not considered a defect. - Note: Differences in colour or weaving irregularities does not mean that the product is damaged. These are signs that the product is truly handmade.
For all other requests, you can place a return or exchange request up to 7 days from delivery.
For International orders, we can offer returns or size exchanges only if you can send back the products to our address in India.
NOTE: Items purchased during Sale period are not eligible for return or exchange.
Make sure the product has its tags and barcode sticker intact, is unwashed and hasn't been worn.
Refunds are only given as Store Credit.
You'll receive the Store Credit once we receive the products back in our warehouse, and it's valid forever.
Orders with customisations are only eligible for sizing or customisation adjustments, and not eligible for exchange or refund
In case of an exchange, we'll place your new order when we pick up the return. If your chosen product is out of stock, we'll suggest alternatives.
Each order can only be returned once. Orders made using Store Credit are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We hold the authority to make the final decision in any case.
