Shipping Policy

  • Order dispatch timelines for each product are mentioned on the product page below the Add to Cart button.
  • Domestic delivery timelines in India are between 3-6 days after order dispatch
  • International delivery timelines are between 5-10 days after order dispatch
  • We offer free delivery within India on orders above a fixed amount, which can be viewed on the product page under the tab Delivery & returns.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If there are damaged, defective, or missing items in your order:
    - Intimate us within 48 hours of delivery.
    - For damaged items, share details and images through the provided link below. We'll guide you through replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
    - Note: Differences in colour or weaving irregularities does not mean that the product is damaged. These are signs that the product is truly handmade.
  • For all other requests, you can place a return or exchange request up to 7 days from delivery.
  • Please note that International orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Make sure the product has its tags and barcode sticker intact, is unwashed and hasn't been worn.
  • Refunds are only given as Store Credit, and return/ exchange (other than for damaged items) will require a flat fee for reverse delivery logistics.
  • You'll receive the Store Credit once we pick up your returned order, and it's valid forever.
  • Orders with customisations are only eligible for sizing or customisation adjustments, and not eligible for exchange or refund
  • In case of an exchange, we'll place your new order when we pick up the return. If your chosen product is out of stock, we'll suggest alternatives.
  • Each order can only be returned once. Orders made using Store Credit are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We hold the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Use the provided link to request a return or exchange https://sarron.in/apps/return_prime
  • State the reason why you're returning and upload images of the item if there are defects.
  • Ensure the product is unworn with intact tags and labels.
  • We don't accept return or exchange requests for orders paid with store credit.

Store Credit

  • You'll receive Store Credit via email within 24 hours of order pick-up.
  • The credit is valid indefinitely.
  • The credit issued will be for the sale amount of the returned products; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Money refunds take 3-4 weeks and are only made if wrong or damaged products are delivered.
  • The refund amount is for the sale price of the returned items; shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
